Having lost his father in a tragic work accident at the age of 10, founder Jeff Moffat grew up a passionate advocate for the merits of financial coverage for survivors. Moffat, along with his wife and business partner Christy Morrison, have dedicated themselves to helping responsible business owners avoid the economic hardships and confusion that can further complicate life’s most devastating situations.

Based in Kelowna, British Columbia, multiple-time Insurance Producer of the Year award-winner Jeff Moffat (your insurance advisory strategist and financial planner) and Christy Morrison (your administrative specialist) welcome clients from Vancouver to Edmonton and all places in between.
Jeff Moffat
Jeff was born in the Lower Mainland and loved playing baseball. He lived a fairly normal childhood until he lost his father at the age of 10. He started working by hauling sacks of flour on the docks when he was 12 to help support his widowed mother and his 2 younger sisters. From then on, his jobs included construction, welding, BC Hydro, road paving, and more. Until one day, he decided he was going to start in the insurance industry. Helping people quickly became his passion. He moved to the Okanagan when he was about 25 years old. Jeff has been in the insurance and planning business for over 35 years. His company and business are a passion for him.
Jeff has an amazing business partner who happens to be his wife, 2 great kids, and 3 French bulldogs. Jeff is active in weightlifting, boxing, and fitness. He loves spending time with the family on their boat on Okanagan Lake. As much as he loves the Okanagan, he and his wife love to travel. They have been all over the map, but they have more plans to continue to make memories in many parts of the world.
Jeff’s main focus is on high-net-worth clients and tax strategies. He has helped hundreds of clients to achieve better financial outcomes. Jeff has been the recipient of many awards and has been one of the top advisors throughout his career. Through his company, Insure Force West Services Ltd., Moffat offers insurance advisory services to businesses across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. Often, these businesses are farms, ranches, wineries, and professional services practices – successful enterprises that are still family businesses at heart with highly individualized needs.
Christy Morrison
Christy was born in Ontario but moved to the Okanagan when she was only 3. She grew up water skiing, camping, fishing, and hanging out with her 2 brothers. Travelling has always been a part of Christy’s life. Her most memorable family trip was when they went to Africa when she was 12. Now, she has a husband who loves to travel as well, so they make the most of it. Her two teenage sons keep her young and are the light of her life.
Christy has been in the industry for 11 years and is very passionate about helping people have peace of mind when it comes to life insurance. Christy plays a pivotal role at Insure Force West, contributing significantly to the seamless operation and client satisfaction. Her multifaceted contributions go beyond administrative tasks; they directly enhance the client experience, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of Insure Force West Services Ltd. She is a valuable liaison between clients, accountants, and bookkeepers.
